Otto Benecker Foundation is a youth-based organization registered as an NGO by the NGO coordination board. This is a non-profit, nongovernmental organization registered on 15th Oct 2019. Otto Benecker Foundation is currently operating in Nairobi County, Kasarani and Dagoretti sub-sub counties of Kenya.

Mental health Support
Otto benecker foundation team utilizes teen dialogues, neural linguistic programming (nlp) life coaching model, soccer and theatre as mental health safe spaces for support. Hospital construction -Oloibortoto We are currently conducting resource mobilization to help set up a hospital facility to reduce maternal morbidity and fetal fatalities.
Where our story began
OUR ORIGIN
Founded in 1996 by young people in Mathare, the organization started as a girl’s football club and has since grown into a youth – based organization particularly targeting women, youth and vulnerable groups. It was formed mainly to address gender based discrimination in Mathare and other sexual violations affecting youth. Secondly, it was also formed to break up strong cultural and patriarchal structures that hinder gender-based development.
Thirdly, it incorporated women and special groups in 2019 to address socio-economic issues touching on health, agriculture and livelihoods, talent development and child protection and expanded its mandate to national coverage, with availability of resources.
